Welcome to the Jáma Steakhouse!

In our restaurant you will find top quality cuts of beef not only from the Czech Re¬public, but also aged beef from outside our borders. Our quality aged beef exhibits a very slight acidity which is indicative of grass feeding, while its tender fattiness is caused by the grain “finishing”.

All international steaks served in our Steakhouse have dry aged two to six weeks and then “wet” aged for a minimum of two more weeks.

We focus on great beef in the Steakhouse, and yet we are also proud to offer friendly, knowledgeable service, an expansive wine list, and delicious coffee and liqueurs to help fine-tune your meal.
